The Laborer shall perform routine park maintenance as directed by the Crew Leader. In absence of the Crew Leader, this person takes the lead in coordination with the General Foreman’s advice.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs general maintenance tasks such as mowing, trash pick-up, janitorial duties, leaf pick-up, tree trimming, painting, and general cleanup.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance to machinery and buildings as directed or trained.
- Assists in construction projects
- Completes work assignments in a safe yet timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or high school equivalence (HSE) and at least one month of related experience and/or training.
- Valid Driver's License.
